1. Services Provided

Smart Design offers web design, development, SEO, social media management, and other digital services as listed on our site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, graphics, and branding elements created by Smart Design remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon final payment, intellectual rights may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all materials provided to us.

4. Payment Terms

All projects require a minimum 50% upfront payment before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before any files are handed over. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions and Approval

Revisions are limited as stated in your service agreement or project proposal. Additional changes may be subject to extra charges. Projects will be considered approved if no feedback is received within 5 working days after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smart Design is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates any of these Terms or engages in abusive, illegal, or unethical behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
